Architect: Booth Hansen

Ogden Partners built 162 rowhouses and 12 single family homes on five city blocks in the Dearborn Park II neighborhood at State and 14th Streets. The classic brick and limestone homes designed by Booth Hansen feature copper window bays, grand interior spaces and landscaped interior courtyards. The project helped revive the South Loop and led to its new found popularity as a great place to live.
