Architect: Booth Hansen

Two new construction 6 story buildings containing 94 condominiums and 4 retail spaces on a block long stretch of Madison Street in the West Loop. Booth Hansen designed The Madison as two smaller, friendlier buildings with fewer units per floor and shorter hallways than most mid-rise buildings. The interior features open floor plans, large glass expanses, 11-foot ceilings, and polished concrete floors, giving a sleek loft feel in a new construction building.
